Georgia extends visa-free stay for Ukrainians up to 3 years

MOSCOW. April 24 (Interfax) - The Georgian government has decided to extend the right of Ukrainian citizens to stay in the country without a visa, Ukrainian media reported, citing a resolution published on the Georgian government's website.

"Ukrainian citizens are entitled to enter Georgia without a visa and stay there for a full period of three years," the document said.

The resolution takes effect immediately after its publication and applies to legal relations arising from February 24, 2024, it said.
