Gas price for Ukrainian households to remain unchanged for one more year - Naftogaz

MOSCOW. April 23 (Interfax) - The current gas price of UAH 7.96 (including VAT) per one cubic meter for Ukrainian family homes will remain unchanged for one more year at least, Ukrainian media quoted a statement on the Naftogaz Group's website on Tuesday.

Naftogaz Ukraine Gas Supply Company LLC has extended the Fixed tariff plan for another year, governed by the current moratorium on price hikes, the group said.

The Naftogaz Ukraine gas supply company provides 12.4 million Ukrainian households with gas. Its customers receive gas in line with the Fixed annual tariff plan. The tariff period is from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025 inclusive.

The official exchange rate as of April 23 is 39.78 UAH/$1.
