Oman-registered Desert Spark is new 25% shareholder in Reksoft
MOSCOW. April 18 (Interfax) - Oman-registered company Desert Spark SPC owned by entrepreneur Alexander Vinogradov has become a new shareholder of the Reksoft technology group, with a 25% ownership stake, Reksoft said on Thursday.
The main shareholder of the group remains founder and CEO Alexander Yegorov, who, together with the management, controls more than 50% of the group's business. Following the entry of the new investor, the shares of Interros Capital and Mikhail Kosilov have changed, amounting to 15% and 9.22%, respectively.
The changes in the shareholder structure are related to plans to further strengthen the company's presence in Russian and international markets, Yegorov said.
"The prerogative of managing the company remains with Alexander Yegorov, and we are satisfied with the proposed changes in the composition of its shareholders," the Interros press service told Interfax.
Vinogradov is developing a technology business in Russia and the countries of the Middle East and Africa. He began his career at a fintech startup, later founded a consulting and innovation management firm, and now focuses on technology projects in the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa, information on one of his social network profile shows.
Desert Spark was registered in Oman in November last year.
Reksoft is a leading independent Russian developer of digital solutions. The main drivers of the group's business growth last year were strategic and transformational consulting in key industrial sectors such as industry, finance, transport and logistics, implementation of its own and vendor turnkey software solutions, as well as custom software development.
