Delo Group mulls options for working with FESCO - Shishkarev

MOSCOW. April 18 (Interfax) - Delo Group, which is owned by Sergei Shishkarev and state company Rosatom, is considering options for working with FESCO Transportation Group within the context of general cooperation with Rosatom, Shishkarev said in an interview with national daily Kommersant published on Thursday.

"We are trying to arrange operational cooperation. We really hope for productive collaboration with the company," Shishkarev said.

"We see the conclusion of the process of the FESCO stake being transferred to Rosatom. Now, as far as I understand, an audit is underway, the parameters of the company's operations need to be clarified," he said.

"Given that representatives of Rosatom have been installed in the management bodies of both the management company and TransContainer , we are destined to organize cooperation with FESCO at the operational and marketing level, in compliance with all antimonopoly requirements," Shishkarev said.

Now the challenge is to propose some forms of association within a quarter taking into account the set goals, he said.

"We're thinking about FESCO also being managed by Delo Group - as a sole executive body or through the board of directors - so that coordination is complete. We will look at what options there might be," Shishkarev said.
