Russian prosecutor general arrives in Venezuela

CARACAS. April 18 (Interfax) - Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov has arrived in Venezuela on the first working visit, during which he will hold a series of meetings and will sign an agreement on cooperation.

His plane landed at Simon Bolivar International Airport in Caracas.

Krasnov plans to meet with senior officials of Venezuelan law enforcement agencies and to sign a cooperation agreement during his visit.

The Russian Prosecutor General's Office said that this is the first working visit by its delegation to Venezuela.
