BASS Gold launches gold recovery plant at Ushshoky deposit in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. April 12 (Interfax) - BASS Gold LLP has commissioned a new gold recovery plant at the Ushshoky deposit in Kazakhstan's Ulytau region, a press release posted on the website of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange says.

The factory provides a complete cycle from processing the ore mined at the deposit, to the final product in Dore alloy.

When the factory reaches its full production capacity, it will be able to process 72,000 tonnes of ore per year with a monthly production of 20.8 kg of finished products, or annual production of about 250 kg.

In accordance with the agreement concluded with Tau-Ken Altyn LLP, the products of the gold recovery plant will be supplied to the enterprise's refinery.

BASS Gold LLP was called Forpost until September 2023. The company has existed since 2006. The main activity of the company is the extraction of precious metals and other minerals, their processing and sale. The company's assets include the Ushshoky gold deposits, located in the Ulytau region, and Chinasyl-sai in the Almaty region.
