Lukashenko begins 2-day working visit to Russia

MINSK. April 11 (Interfax) - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in Russia for a two-day working visit, the BelTA state news agency said on Thursday.

His Moscow visit on April 11-12 is scheduled to include talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, including one to one.

The heads of state plan to discuss key issues in the countries' further bilateral cooperation, including the implementation of the Union State Supreme State Council's resolutions made in St. Petersburg on January 29, and a coordinated response to existing challenges and threats.

On April 12, the presidents will attend a joint event marking Cosmonautics Day and discuss the prospects for space cooperation.
