Ukraine suffers damage to two UGS facilities, operations continue - Naftogaz

MOSCOW. April 11 (Interfax) - Ukraine suffered damage to two underground gas storage (UGS) facilities in the early morning of April 11, though the facilities have continued to function, Ukrainian media reported, citing a statement from Naftogaz of Ukraine.

Specialists are currently eliminating the consequences of the damage, and no Naftogaz employees have been injured, Naftogaz said.

Ukrtransgaz, wholly owned by Naftogaz of Ukraine, operates 10 UGS facilities with total design capacity of around 30 cubic billion meters.
