Azerbaijan's AZAL national airline to launch regular flights between Baku and Grozny in May

BAKU. April 10 (Interfax) - Azerbaijan's AZAL national airline is continuing to expand its route network by launching regular flights from Baku to Grozny, Russia, on May 8, the air carrier's press service said.

The press service said that flights would operate between Baku and Grozny twice per week on Wednesdays and Sundays.

"Grozny attracts travelers with its rich cultural heritage. The opening of new flight will strengthen ties between the two cities, providing passengers with new travel and business opportunities," the press service said.
