Russia has competencies needed to repair damaged oil refineries - Manturov
KRONSTADT. April 8 (Interfax) - Russia has all the necessary competencies to carry out repairs on damaged oil refineries, Deputy Prime Minister and Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov told reporters on Friday.
"If the question is will we repair or won't we repair, of course yes. Everything is being repaired," Manturov said, adding that Russia "has all the competencies" to carry out these repairs.
However, some time will be needed for the restoration, he said.
Earlier last week, Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov said his ministry expects a number of oil refineries to come back online after repairs in "April-May, perhaps by the beginning of June."
"All facilities that had damage, will be put into operation," Shulginov said.
