Turkmen president, U.S.-Turkmenistan Business Council director discuss ways to boost cooperation - media

ASHGABAT. April 5 (Interfax) - Turkmenistan welcomes the growth of effective cooperation with U.S. companies and stands ready to consider other options for cooperation, the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper on Friday cited President Serdar Berdimuhamedov as saying at a meeting with U.S.-Turkmenistan Business Council Executive Director Eric Stewart.

Berdimuhamedov listed the oil and gas sector, electricity, renewable energy, transport, communications, agriculture and high technologies among the promising avenues for the two countries' cooperation.
