USAID sends generators, heat and power cogeneration units, emergency vehicles to Ukraine

MOSCOW. April 2 (Interfax) - U.S. Ambassador in Kiev Bridget Brink has announced a donation of about 100 generators, heat and power cogeneration units and emergency vehicles to a number of Ukrainian regions via the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Ukrainian media said, citing the U.S. embassy to Ukraine.

"USAID is providing 109 generators, 19 heat and power cogeneration units, and 13 emergency vehicles to keep services online in Dnepropetrovsk, Vinnitsa, Ivano-Frankovsk, Lvov, Cherkassy, and Chernovtsy," the embassy said.
