S. Korea sanctions 2 Russian vessels, 2 companies and their heads

HONG KONG. April 2 (Interfax) - Seoul has imposed sanctions on two Russian individuals, two companies, and two vessels presumably cooperating with North Korea.

According to the South Korean Foreign Ministry, the sanctions will target the Lady R and the Angara vessels, which, the ministry said, carried containers with military cargo.

The sanctions also hit the Intellekt and Sodeistvie companies and their heads.

The sanctions are to take effect on April 3.
