Ukraine exports almost 35 mln tonnes of grain in 9M of 2023/2024 season

MOSCOW. April 2 (Interfax) - Ukraine exported 34.862 million tonnes of grain and grain legumes in the period from the start of the 2023/2024 agricultural year (July-June) to April 1, including 5.192 million tonnes in March, Ukrainian media reported, citing a statement from Deputy Agrarian Policy and Food Minister for digital transformation Denis Bashlyk on Telegram.

Ukraine has exported 18.765 million tonnes of corn, 13.842 million tonnes of wheat and 1.962 million tonnes of barley since the start of the current season. The country has also exported an estimated 79,300 tonnes of flour in this period, including 75,100 tonnes of wheat flour.
