Ukraine hosts almost 5 mln registered IDPs - Kiev

MOSCOW. March 25 (Interfax) - Ukraine hosts 4.9 million registered internally displaced persons (IDPs), the Ministry of Social Policy said.

"On the whole, as of today, taking into account those IDPs who moved after 2014, there are 4.9 million IDPs in Ukraine," Ukrainian media quoted the ministry's press service as saying.

The number of those who became internally displaced or re-displaced since 2022 reached 3.5 million, it said.
