Crocus City Hall outside Moscow attacked by up to 5 armed men - emergency services

MOSCOW. March 22 (Interfax) - A group of up to five gunmen has attacked the Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region, emergency services told Interfax.

"According to tentative information, a group of unidentified people, two to five individuals wearing tactical uniform and armed with automatic weapons opened fire on security guards at the entrance to the concert hall. After that, they began firing at spectators in the lobby," a representative of emergency services said.

A bang was heard afterwards, and then the building caught fire, emergency services said.

There are dead and injured, they said.
