Pashinyan, von der Leyen and Blinken to meet on April 5 - media

YEREVAN. March 21 (Interfax) - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken will discuss trilateral cooperation to facilitate Armenia's development at a meeting in Brussels in early April, Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan said.

"The meeting between President von der Leyen, Prime Minister Pashinyan and Secretary of State Blinken is due to take place in Brussels on April 5 this year. It is expected to address ways for trilateral cooperation that will facilitate Armenia's development. The meeting is also intended to boost Armenia's resilience," Grigoryan told the Armenpress state-owned news agency.

Pashinyan and von der Leyen published a joint statement after a meeting in Granada on October 5, 2023. Von der Leyen, in turn, also announced the preparation of EU-U.S. measures to support Armenia.
