FESCO to transport vehicle kits and Haima vehicles from China to the Russia and CIS

VLADIVOSTOK. March 20 (Interfax) - The FESCO transport group (whose parent Company is PJSC Far Eastern Shipping Company ) will provide intermodal and rail transportation of vehicle kits and finished Haima vehicles from China to Russia and the CIS, the company said.

The agreement was signed by Vice President of the FESCO Linear and Logistics Division German Maslov and General Director of MVL Auto LLC (the official Russian distributor of Haima) Alexey Migachev at the TransRussia 2024 exhibition on Tuesday.

"The parties will establish cooperation aimed at developing optimal logistics solutions for organizing the transportation of Chinese Haima brand automobile products to Russia through Vladivostok (FESCO owns the Commercial Port of Vladivostok) and land border crossings using FESCO intermodal and railway services," a joint announcement said.

FESCO and MVL Auto will work on supply chain management issues related to localizing production of Haima cars in Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus by leveraging the capabilities of the FESCO Automotive integrated logistics product for the automotive industry.

Haima is a Chinese auto brand that independently develops, produces and produces passenger cars and SUVs.
