Russian presidential election to be held at 295 polling stations in 144 countries - CEC

MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - The Russian presidential election will be held at 295 polling stations in 144 countries, Russian Central Elections Commission (CEC) member Pavel Andreyev said.

"The period for setting up polling stations abroad expired on March 9. [...] As a result, we can say that 295 polling stations have been set up in 144 foreign countries, outside of Russia," Andreyev said at a CEC meeting on Monday.

This includes seven polling stations in Baikonur, he said.

The CEC adopted a corresponding resolution at its meeting.
