Rusagro submits documents to Cypriot regulatory authorities to begin redomiciliation process to Russky Island, still awaiting decision

MOSCOW. March 4 (Interfax) - Rusagro Group (whose parent structure is Ros Agro , and is registered in Cyprus) has submitted documents to the Cypriot regulatory authorities to begin the company's redomiciliation to Russky Island, Alexander Tarasov, director of corporate development of Rusagro Group of Companies LLC, said during a telephone conference on Monday

"We reported that we are working on redomiciliation to Russky Island. To do this, we have submitted documents to Cypriot regulators to obtain a license to conduct the redomiciliation activities. We have not yet received the appropriate permissions, and we are waiting," he said.
