New permanent representative from Russia to WTO appointed - decree
MOSCOW. March 1 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Nikolai Platonov permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva.
The presidential decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Dmitry Lyakishev, who previously held the position, was relieved of it by another decree.
