Interfax – Dun & Bradstreet launching new version of website

Interfax – Dun & Bradstreet (Interfax – D&B), a Russian provider of credit and compliance risk assessment services, is launching a new version of its website, www.dnb.ru, that is based on a new technology platform and will make it possible to optimize relations with customers.

The website’s new Personal Account feature gives Interfax – D&B customers access to the DUNS® Registered™ service and enables them to file an application to receive an international DUNS number. Companies registered in the DUNS® Registered™ global registry of verified suppliers and partners, meanwhile, will be able to efficiently manage information in their profiles.

The Personal Account also gives customers access to a subscription to news services.

“The solutions we have implemented will make it possible to serve customers faster, and increase the transparency and quality of services. Now there is a service on the Russian market with technologies and interfaces that meet world standards,” Interfax – D&B General Director Olga Rink said.

“We have integrated the site and CRM in order to enable users to efficiently manage their information, on the basis of which decisions are made on extending credit to business partners,” Rink said.
