Interfax Launches Information Product on Real Estate

The Interfax news agency, which is a member of Interfax Information Services Group, an international company, is launching a new specialized product on May 30, entitled Real Estate.

As part of this project, Interfax has opened a page on the Group‘s chief Russian-language news-reporting facility - the www.interfax.ru site - and has begun publishing a weekly entitled Interfax Real Estate to enlarge the range of Interfax products dealing with sectors of the Russian economy that are particularly attractive for investment.
The weekly targets participants in the Russian real estate market, mass media and specialized governmental bodies. It publishes key news on the real estate market and on its participants, commentary from leading experts, and analytical reviews.
The weekly will also report the latest changes in legislation on construction and real estate and events - both national- and local-scale - in related sectors.
The weekly will, furthermore, contain detailed reports on real estate prices; on strategic construction and reconstruction plans for various localities, including plans for building large social facilities, offices, and municipal and commercial housing; on developments in the Russian mortgage system; and on much else.
"Today there exists an enormous number of publications in Russia about the real estate market, which target various audiences. Nevertheless, we have decided to offer our subscribers an essentially new information format by putting together a weekly that combines current news, commentary from leading experts, and reviews," said Real Estate project manager Leonid Persky.
"The information on the real estate market that is published for general access on the www.interfax.ru site, will be of interest not only to professional market participants but also to the mass customer. Looking at our website, one will be able to find, among other things, weekly commentary on the more important events in the construction and real estate sectors, monthly market reviews, and sections for consumers," Persky said.
