National Bank of Belarus to lower refinancing rate to 10% on May 31

MINSK. May 22 (Interfax) - The National Bank of Belarus has decided for the fifth time this year to lower its refinancing rate, which will go down from 10% to 9.75% per annum from May 31, the regulator said in a press release.

The overnight credit rate will drop from 11% to 10.75% and the rate on overnight deposits from 9% to 8.75%.
