Sistema CEO joins Ozon board after Felix Yevtushenkov's departure

MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax) - The president of Russian investment group Sistema PJSFC , Tagir Sitdekov joined the board of directors of online marketplace Ozon on April 14 as a nonexecutive director, the company reported on Friday.

Earlier last week, Ozon reported that Felix Yevtushenkov stepped down from its board on April 11 in light of the imposition of UK personal sanctions against him.

The fact that the UK had imposed sanctions against the family members of Vladimir Yevtushenkov, the largest shareholder of Sistema, including against Felix Yevtushenkov, became known on April 12.

Felix Yevtushenkov joined Ozon's board of directors in March 2022.

Sitdekov has headed Sistema since July 2022, prior to which he served as managing partner from May 2021.
