Kiev, Kiev region partially resort to stabilization blackouts - DTEK

MOSCOW. March 17 (Interfax) - Stabilization blackouts are partially in effect in four districts of Kiev, the Ukrainian media said on Friday, citing a statement by the DTEK energy holding on a social network.

"Stabilization schedules have also been used in three districts of the Kiev region," the media said.

According to DTEK, power supply to some households is impossible in those districts because of damaged equipment.

"This is why stabilization blackouts have been resorted to on the orders from Ukrenergo," DTEK said.
