Kiev, Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk regions seeing emergency blackouts - DTEK

MOSCOW. Feb 10 (Interfax) - Kiev and the Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk regions are seeing emergency blackouts on Friday because of the damage risk, DTEK said.

"Emergency blackouts are being applied in Kiev and the Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk regions because of the risk," the Ukrainian media quoted DTEK as saying on a social network.

This is a forced preventive measure, which will help avoid substantial damage of energy infrastructure, DTEK said.
