Less than 60 days left until Black Sea Grain Initiative expires

MOSCOW. Jan 25 (Interfax) - Less than 60 days are left until the Black Sea Grain Initiative expires, and the extension of this deal is on the table, as it's the only way to transport large amounts of Ukrainian grains, Ukrainian Ambassador to Turkey Vasily Bodnar said.

"The extension of this initiative is on the table, since it will be expire in less than 60 days. The initiative has proven viable," the Ukrainian media quoted Bodnar as saying at a press briefing at the Media Center Ukraine on Tuesday.

Bodnar noted the importance of the Grain from Ukraine project, which also involves interaction with Turkey, considering that plenty of Ukrainian grains enter and are processed in Turkey. "This is a priority of our interaction," he said.
