Sweden to provide Ukraine with 6 modular bridges

MOSCOW. Dec 28 (Interfax) - Sweden will be the fourth European country to provide Ukraine with temporary bridge structures to facilitate the resumption of traffic, Ukravtodor first deputy head Andrei Ivko said.

"Sweden has begun the process of assistance to Ukraine to supply six crucial modular bridges. Preparations are being made for their transportation," the Ukrainian media quoted Ivko as saying in an interview with CTS.

Besides Sweden, Ukraine has received bridge structures from Czechia, France and Norway, Ivko said. Czechia is planning to add 12 temporary bridges to six delivered to Ukraine earlier, he said.
