Ukraine-EU summit set for Feb 3, 2023, Zelensky invited

MOSCOW. Dec 22 (Interfax) - A Ukraine-European Union summit will be held in Brussels on February 3, 2023, Ukrainian media have reported with reference to Barend Leyts, spokesperson for European Council President Charles Michel.

"I can confirm the EU-Ukraine summit will take place on February 3 and there is an open invitation to President Zelensky to visit Brussels," Leyts told Ukrainian journalists.

The venue of the summit has not been determined yet.

The previous Ukraine-EU summit took place in Kiev on October 12, 2021. Ukraine-EU summits have been held alternately in Kiev and Brussels in the past years.
