Three bulkers to bring Ukrainian foods to Turkey, Italy

NEW YORK (UN). Nov 29 (Interfax) - Three bulkers loaded with wheat, corn and sunflower oil departed from Ukrainian ports on Tuesday, the Joint Coordination Center (JCC) said.

"The Joint Coordination Centre (JCC) reports that three vessels left Ukrainian ports today [November 29] carrying a total of 61,050 metric tonnes of grain and other food products under the Black Sea Grain Initiative," the JCC said

MV Maria GS (26,350 tonnes of corn) and MV Torc (8,400 tonnes of sunflower oil) are destined for Italy. MV Daytona Dynamic will bring 26,300 tonnes of wheat to Turkey.

Three inbound vessels transited the maritime humanitarian corridor under the Black Sea Grain Initiative on Tuesday heading towards Ukrainian ports.

Seventy-six ships are waiting to move - following inspection - into Ukrainian ports with the capacity to export approximately 2.4 million tons of grain and other food products, and 25 loaded ships are readying for inspection in Turkish territorial waters before heading to their destinations, the JCC said.

"As of 29 November, the total tonnage of grain and other foodstuffs exported from the three Ukrainian ports is 12,249,244 metric tonnes. A total of 1,007 voyages (503 inbound and 504 outbound) have been enabled so far," it said.
