Three vessels to deliver Ukrainian food products to Spain, Israel and Turkey

NEW YORK, UN. Nov 22 (Interfax) - Three bulkers carrying corn, wheat and sunflower oil departed Ukrainian ports on Monday, the Joint Coordination Center said.

"The Joint Coordination Center (JCC) reports that three vessels left Ukrainian ports today carrying a total of 90,428 metric tonnes of grain and other food products under the Black Sea Grain Initiative," the center said.

In particular, the Ellirea vessel is heading to Israel with 44,699 tonnes of corn and 12,441 tonnes of wheat on board, the AG Valor is carrying 27,500 tonnes of wheat to Turkey, and the Mrc Semiramis bulker is carrying 5,788 tonnes of sunflower oil to Spain.

Another three vessels transited the maritime humanitarian corridor on November 21 heading to the Ukrainian ports.

Also, 76 vessels are waiting to enter the Ukrainian ports and 33 loaded vessels are awaiting inspection in Turkish territorial waters before proceeding to their points of destination, the JCC said.

"As of 21 November, the total tonnage of grain and other foodstuffs exported from the three Ukrainian ports is 11,677,136 metric tonnes. A total of 960 voyages (477 inbound and 483 outbound) have been enabled so far," the center said.
