Turkmengaz concludes contracts with TMK, Auguste International - media

ASHGABAT. Oct 27 (Interfax) - State concern Turkmengaz concluded a contract for product supplies with Russia's TMK on Thursday, Turkmen news agency Orient reported.

A contract has also been concluded with Auguste International Fze of the United Arab Emirates. No other details have been given.

The contracts were signed at the Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan international forum being held on October 26 and October 27 in Ashgabat.

Turkmengaz and TMK have cooperated for many years already. TMK shipped pipes to Turkmenistan for field operations at the South Yoloten gas field in 2012, and there were reports of a contract for the purchase of pipes for a supply pipeline to a gas-fired power plant in Turkmenistan in 2021.

Cooperation between the two companies is cemented in Turkmenistan's program for the development of the oil and gas sector until 2030.

Turkmengaz's plans to purchase equipment and parts from Auguste International Fze to upgrade units at gas-generating stations of Dovletabadgazdobycha, which produces gas at the Dauletabad Gas Field in the south of Turkmenistan, were reported earlier.

"Our key customers are oil and gas and power-generating enterprises of the Republic of Turkmenistan," Auguste International says on its website.

"Auguste International supplies industrial equipment such as power plants, turbines, reactors, generators, filtration systems, and general plant facilities from major global manufacturers," it says. The company also provides operational maintenance to large-sized equipment.
