Deugro transport logistics company exits Russia, sells business to local management

MOSCOW. Sept 14 (Interfax) - Deugro, which specializes in transporting heavy and oversized project cargo, has sold its Russian business and is exiting the Russian market, the European logistics company said in a statement.

Deugro on September 5 signed an agreement to sell its business in Russia to local management, the company said.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, CEO Sergei Godlevsky became the owner of 100% of Deugro Projects LLC this week.

Deugro is an international provider of freight-forwarding services, specializing in transporting large industrial cargo. The company's Russian subsidiary has been the transport operator for projects that include constructing Yamal LNG, Arctic LNG 2, the Amur gas processing plant, the polymer plant of the Irkutsk Oil Company, Baltic Gas Chemical Company, and others.

According to data in the SPARK-Interfax analytical system, Deugro Projects LLC generated revenue of 2.4 billion rubles in 2021.
