Rosaviatsiya extends restrictions on flights to southern Russian airports until Aug 11

MOSCOW. Aug 3 (Interfax) - The Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) has extended restrictions on flights to the airports of central and southern Russia, this time until August 11.

The flights remain suspended to the airports of Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista, the agency said.

Rosaviatsiya imposed the restrictions on February 24, the day the Russian special military operation in Ukraine began.
