Cassation appeal against death sentence on Moroccan national Brahim Saaudun filed with DPR Supreme Court
DONETSK. July 4 (Interfax) - The death sentence on Moroccan national Brahim Saaudun, who was taken prisoner together with two British citizens, has been appealed in Donetsk, the Moroccan's lawyer Yelena Vesnina said.
"A cassation appeal against the sentence handed down to Brahim Saaudun on June 9, 2022 (capital punishment - the death sentence) has been filed with the DPR Supreme Court," Vesnina told Interfax on Monday.
