Rosaviatsia extends temporary ban on flights to airports in southern Russia until July 6

MOSCOW. June 28 (Interfax) - The Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) has extended the temporary closure of airports in central and southern Russia for the 21st time, this time until July 6.

"Flights are suspended to the airports of Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista," Rosaviatsia said in a statement.

These restrictions were first introduced by Rosaviatsia on February 24, the day when the special military operation began in Ukraine.
