Ukrainian govt approves Eur1-bln budget support grant from Germany

MOSCOW. June 22 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian government has approved a Eur1-billion budget support grant from Germany.

The government made the decision at a meeting on Tuesday, Ukrainian media outlets said with the reference to a statement made by Government Representative to the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk on Telegram.

The government approved a Eur1-billion budget support grant from Germany and a draft agreement between the governments of Ukraine and Germany on the budget support grant to assist in the stabilization of the Ukrainian economy within the framework of the IMF administered account for the benefit of Ukraine.
