Ukraine and partners drawing up plan to rebuild infrastructure - Zelensky's Office

MOSCOW. June 3 (Interfax) - Ukraine together with international partners is working out a plan for infrastructure reconstruction in line with European quality standards, deputy head of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko said.

"Together with international partners, we are developing a plan to rebuild the country, the infrastructure of its populated localities in line with the highest world standards," Tymoshenko said in a video address to the "Revived Ukraine-Revived Communities" forum.

Specialists of the President's Office, the government and civic movements have been working over the past month together with regional and local authorities to draft a recovery and modernization plan for Ukraine, the Ukrainian media quoted him as saying.

Simultaneously, work is ongoing with the associations of European cities, including on a memorandum of cooperation with Eurocities and other international organizations to promote their involvement in projects to rebuild populated localities in Ukraine.
