Russia will have to restructure logistics of hydrocarbons deliveries, a decline possible but there is margin of safety - Borisov

MOSCOW. May 26 (Interfax) - Russia will have to build new logistics chains for delivery of hydrocarbons, with a change in routes possibly leading to a temporary reduction in exports, Deputy Prime Minister Yury Borisov said during the "Industrial Policy in New Realities" summit on Thursday.

"Hydrocarbons exports are living through a difficult time. Leading western nations are refusing our resources. There is significant work on the horizon for us to build new logistics chains. There will be a decline, but there is a margin of safety, and we will make it through," Borisov said.
