Russia adds 287 British parliament members to retaliatory stop list - Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW. April 27 (Interfax) - Russia has imposed restrictions on 287 members of the British Parliament's House of Commons, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.

"In response to the British government's decision of March 11, 2022, to impose sanctions on 386 deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, personal restrictions are imposed on 287 members of the House of Commons of the British Parliament on the basis of reciprocity," the ministry said.

The list of British parliament deputies under restrictions was published on the ministry website. According to the ministry, these persons "cannot visit the Russian Federation from now on."
