Google facing fine of up 8 mln rubles over failure to remove Morgenstern's clip from YouTube

MOSCOW. April 7 (Interfax) - Google is facing an administrative fine of up to 8 million rubles over failure to remove the Rose Wine music clip by rapper Morgenstern, an Interfax correspondent reported from Moscow's Tagansky District Court on Thursday.

"A protocol against Google's failure to delete information on YouTube about ways and methods of developing, producing, and using narcotic substances was compiled against Google for non-deleting Morgenshtern's Rose Wine music video," the court said on Thursday.

A failure to remove prohibited content is penalized with a fine of up to 8 million rubles.
