MOSCOW. March 29 (Interfax) - Cyprus-based Wandle Holdings Limited, through which Said Kerimov owns 76.34% of the gold miner Polyus , is redomiciled in Russia.

According to the materials of the Central Bank of Russia and the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Vandle Holdings Limited, an international company, was registered in late March under the procedure of redomiciliation on Russky Island in the Primorye Territory.

One of the two special administrative districts created in Russia is located on Russky Island.
