U.S. diplomatic presence in Russia 'most important now' - Ambassador Sullivan
MOSCOW. March 29 (Interfax) - The United States considers it important to preserve its diplomatic presence in Russia, U.S. Ambassador to Russia John Sullivan said.
U.S. "President [Joe] Biden and Secretary [of State Antony] Blinken want an embassy here and want an ambassador here," Sullivan said on Twitter.
"It is more important now in light of all that has happened in recent months in our diplomatic relationship that we have a presence here," he said.
