Golikova: government to continue drawing up measures to support aviation

MOSCOW. March 25 (Interfax) - The Russian government will continue drawing up solutions to support Russian aviation, with the main task being to preserve the industry's personnel, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova at a meeting of the inter-agency working group on labor market recovery.

"We will continue to monitor the situation in the aviation industry. Our main task is to preserve the unique personnel, which is key to ensuring the functioning of the industry. The government will continue to work on developing solutions to support aviation," Golikova was cited as saying by her office.

Rosaviatsia chief Alexander Neradko said at the meeting that "there is no significant tension at air transport and ground infrastructure enterprises now". Organizations are interested in preservation of personnel and are taking measures to preserve their teams, he said.

Golikova instructed the Transport Ministry, Rosaviatsia and the Labor Ministry to maintain constant contact with representatives of the aviation industry.
