Timchenko not nominated for Novatek board, TotalEnergies reps remain
MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - Gennady Timchenko, a shareholder in Novatek , has not been nominated for election to the gas producer's new board of directors, it follows from a decision by the existing board.
Incumbent directors representing France's TotalEnergies - Arnaud le Foll and Dominique Marion - are approved as candidates for the new board.
