Evacuation from most endangered Ukrainian populated localities continuing - Deputy PM Vereshchuk

KYIV. March 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) - The evacuation of civilians from the most endangered Ukrainian populated localities will continue on Thursday, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk said.

"We are opening humanitarian passages on the following routes: from the city of Trostyanets to the city of Poltava ... people will be traveling by bus and by personal transport. From Krasnopolye to Poltava ... from Sumy to Poltava... from Sumy people will be traveling by personal transport, and buses will be sent from Poltava to carry people who have no personal transport," Vereshchuk said at a press briefing on Thursday.

According to Vereshchuk, evacuation will also be organized from Mariupol to Zaporizhzhya "with the obligatory demining of the entire route," as well as from Volnovakha to Pokrovsk and from Izyum to Lozove in the Kharkiv region. In her words, people from Bucha, Borodyanka and Irpin in the Kyiv region will be evacuated to Kyiv.
