Anti-Russia sanctions serious, yet Moscow has experience of working under restrictions - Rostec head
MOSCOW. March 10 (Interfax) - The sanctions imposed on Russia are quite serious, Rostec head Sergei Chemezov said at a meeting with the state corporation personnel.
"Our life will not be easy. The sanctions are quite serious but if we take a look at Russia's history we will see that Russia has always struggled with various kinds of sanctions and enemies around it and has always been victorious," Chemezov said in a statement obtained by Interfax.
"I believe we will act likewise this time. The sanctions, which have been declared since 2014, give us a chance, a chance for our own development. Look at what we have already done. A lot of products we used to buy abroad are now manufactured here," Chemezov said.
