Russian Transport Ministry drafts bill simplifying aircraft state registration
MOSCOW. March 5 (Interfax) - Russia's Transport Ministry has prepared changes to the federal law regarding state registration of the rights to, and transactions with aircraft.
The bill was published for public debate on the government website regulation.gov.ru.
The aim of the bill is "to improve the norms related to protecting ownership and possession rights to aircraft and also to create competitive conditions for registration in the state register of Russian civilian aircraft," accompanying materials said.
