Ukrainian parliament endorses Zelensky's decree on general mobilization

KYIV. March 3 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada has endorsed President Volodymyr Zelensky's decree on general mobilization at a session on Thursday, the Rada said on its website.

Zelensky has declared general mobilization in all regions of Ukraine and the city of Kyiv, which shall be carried out within 90 days from the moment the decree takes effect, i.e. after its endorsement by the Rada.

The Ukrainian Security Service has been tasked with providing counterintelligence support during the general mobilization, the decree says.
